  1. Prepare 6 of Boiled potato.

  1. Take a medium sized boiled potatoes, peel them, prickes these so that they absorb species well..
  2. Add spies such as Turmeric powder, red cilli powder, salt. Mix all.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, then add the potatoes. Fry well untill it is brown from all sides, take out.
  4. Add oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, crush and dry fengreek leaves slightly roast them..
  5. Add tomato cashew paste mix all. Stir snd roast the masala till it is grainy snd till oil srparated..
  6. Add water in it. Add garam masala,salt mix well then add potayoes stir them.
  7. Civer and cook it on low flame for 4-5 min. Now ready to serve..
