  21. Use 3 tablespoons of pisa hua dhanya.
  22. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Haldi.
  23. Prepare 2-4 of Hari mirch.
  24. Take 1/2 bunch of Hara dhanya.

Instructions to make Beefpaya:

  1. Sb se pehly paye mein 4 liter pani daal ke yakhni ke ajza add karen or mediam flam pe pakny ke lye rakh dein pani km lage to yakhni mein or pani add kar skty hain yakhni banny ke baad pani add nahi kar skty..
  2. Jab paye achi trha gal jay to paye alag kar lein or yakhni ko chaan lein.
  3. Ghee garam kar ke pyaaz fry kar ke nikaal lein or is mein dahi daal ke achi trha grand kar lein.
  4. Baqi masaly add kar ke achi trha masala bhoon lein phr paye daal ke 2 minutes ke lye bhony phr yakhni yaal ke achi tarha paka lein.
  5. 5 se 7 minutes paka ke kata hua hara dhanya or kati hue hari mirch se garnish kar ke naan ya sheer maal ke saat serve karen..
