  1. Take 2 cup masala oats in a bowl,add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage,salt and pepper.mix well.

  3. Roll them into balls and deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color and turn Crispy.
  4. Heat a pan with some oil,add garlic, Ginger, onion, capsicum and saute for 2 mins..
