- In a kadhai or wok add oil heat it.add cumin seeds,bay leaf,and green cardamom saute when aroma comes add chopped onion saute untill they turn light golden brown. Now this stage add grind masala paste.cook on high flame when it release oil add tomatoes turn the flame medium.cook untill tomato become soft.now add capsicum and kasuri methi.cook one minute.then add boil Vegetables.add salt and garam masala powder.mix well add little water cooked for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add boil rice in it.mix lightly.add lemon juice mix.cover and cook for 5-6 minute on low flame.add Coriander leaves.mix again cook for one minute.turn off the flame. Serve the pulao hot..
