The ingredients needed to cook Oats Upma:

  1. Provide 1 cup of rolled oats.
  2. Use 1 cup of water.
  3. Get 1 tbsp of chopped carrot.
  4. Provide 1 tbsp of chopped capsicum.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of chopped coriander.
  6. Use 7/8 of cashews.
  7. Use 2 tsp of oil.
  8. Get 1 tsp of ghee.
  9. You need As required of salt , sugar , mustard seeds, lemon ,juice.

  11. Get 1/2 tsp of green chilli paste.

  1. Take all ingredients as shown.
  2. Dry roast oats for 4/5 minutes & take out in plate.
  3. Take oil add cashews fry till golden colour take out in plate.
  4. Then add mustard seeds & let it splutter add curry leaves capsicum and carrot satute for 3 minutes.
  5. Now add roasted oats mix well.
  6. Add water and all masalas mix well till water absorbs and add ghee mix well.
  7. Now healthy upma is ready within few minutes garnish it with Cashews and it is ready to serve.
