  1. Take 500 gm of mustard leaves.
  2. Take 500 gm of palak (spinach)leaves.

  1. Cut all the leaves properly & wash it so many times.
  2. In pressure cooker boil the saag in 4 to 5 whistle open the lid add makki atta.
  3. Mix it well add some ginger & garlic pieces also in saag now we mash it with masher or into grinder.
  4. In another pan we should ready it's tarka put sufficient oil in a pan add hing fry it now add garlic when it becomes roasted.
  5. Add onion & ginger saute all things at last add tomato I grind tomato &make puree.
  6. Roast it till red now we put mashed saag in it mix proper & leave for 10 to 15 min on flame cover with lid.
  7. Its ready off the flame keep rest for some time until saag absorbed masala.
  8. You can garnish it with fresh cream or malai it gives fresh aroma & excellent taste.
