  3. I always like step by step cooking because it says alot about the flavor. So stirfry the onions,garlic till light golden brown then add the peppers for 2 min.
  4. Add up the corn, kidney beans, spices and seasoning and continue stirfry for 2-3 min.
  5. Add the avocado butter and allow to simmer for 2 min then add up your cooked rice and mix and allow for a minute.
  6. Spread cabbage on top and cover with a lid allow for 2-3 minutes then mix and serve. Yummy..
