The ingredients needed to prepare Baby Aubergines with baby plum tomatoes, onion and feta:

  1. Prepare 4-6 of baby aubergines.
  2. Take 80-100 g of feta crumbled.
  3. Get 2 tsp of Greek oregano.
  4. Provide 1 of small onion thinly sliced.
  5. Take 1 of little extra virgin olive oil.
