- Prepare 2 cup of moong beans.
- Provide as needed of Water.
- You need 1 tsp of Ghee.

- Soak 15 mints moong beans.
- After heat a cooker add 2 to 3 teaspoon ghee and 1/2 teaspoon hing,add moong beans,add water as needed and turmeric cover a lid and cook 4 to 5 whistles.
- After Add chilli, coriander, sugar,mango powder mix proper than add water and salt mix and cook.
- Add green chilli and ginger or some ghee and cook 5 to 10 mint medium flame.
- Garnish coriander leaves and serve.
