The ingredients needed to cook Spicy Basil Tofu:

  1. Provide 1/2 box of firm tofu.
  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
  3. Provide 3 cloves of garlic.
  4. Get as needed of Large handful of basil.
  5. Provide 1/2 of of a lime.
  6. Use 5 of red chilies, dried.
  7. Take as required of Small piece of ginger.
  8. Use 1/2 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce.

Steps to make Spicy Basil Tofu:

  1. Drain the tofu and crumble it with a fork.
  2. Add the tofu to a very hot pan and stir fry it in oil for two mins.
  3. Add sauces and all other ingredients (except basil) stir continuously.
  4. After tofu is brown, stir in basil and mix it until the basil wilts.
  5. Serve with fried egg (optional) and rice!.
