  1. Get 300 gm of Rice noodles.
  2. You need 1 pc of Tofu.
  3. Use 1 clove of minced garlic.
  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon of white pepper.
  5. Provide 2 tablespoon of Dark soya sauce.
  6. Get 1 tablespoon of light soya sauce.
  7. Prepare 2 teaspoon of sugar.
  8. Take 200 gm of Beansprouts.
  9. Use 1.5 dl of water.

  1. Boiled the water in a deep pot. Put in the rice noodles and cook until it becomes soft - around 3 to 5 min with boiled water. Strain out water and put aside..
  2. Heat up the frying pan. Put in some cooking oil and fry the Tofu (Tofu slices into small thin slice 2cm L x 2cmW x 0.5cm thin). Put the Tofu aside..
  3. Add little bit more coking oil. Add in garlic, wok a bit until golden color then add in the cooked rice noodles maintain high heat and add in the rest of the ingredients except Beansprouts. Stir well until everything mix well and continue stir until the water reduce. Lastly, turn of the stove and add in the Beansprouts and stir well..
  4. Take out the ready rice noodles and topping with Tofu. So that's... Simply tasty..
