  1. Use 1 of big loaf bread.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of cheese slice.

  4. Use 3-4 of tomatoes.

  8. Take 6 of garlic pods.

Instructions to make Italian Bruschetta:

  1. Take a big loaf bread and cut it into peices..
  2. Now we will start making the veggies. For that take 3 tomatoes chopped tomatoes,1 diced onion, some basil leaves, chopped garlic and green chillies.
  3. Transfer the veggies in a bowl and add some olive oil / refined oil..
  4. Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix it well..
  5. Now add some salt, mixed herbs / Italian seasoning and some black pepper..
  6. Now for brushing take some olive oil/ refined oil and to that add 1tsp of chopped garlic (approx 4-5 pods).
  7. Brush the oil all over the bread..
  8. Now add 1/2 tsp of cheese spread over all the breads..
  9. Now bake the breads at 180°C for 10 mins..
  10. After baking them add the prepared veggies..
  11. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the top and drizzle some soya sauce for nice looks.
  12. If you like you can add some grated cheese at top.
  13. Easy and most delicious brushchetta is ready..........
