- Firstly cut the potato in long shape and take a pan add a water, salt in it.put potato in it and boil it for 4 mint in medium flame..
- Now take a bowl and add 2 spoons arrorot, 2 spoons cornflour, salt and add water then make a batter and put boiled poatato in it and coat potato with batter..
- Now in another pan add oil and deep fry the potato untill it become light brown..
- Now take another pan add oil and put garlic paste and saute it for 30 sec. Add chillyflakes and oreganno, soya sauce in it..
- Now add veggie like onion, capsicum in it and cook it for 3 mint..
- Put tomato puree in this and mixed well..
- Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, & also add salt and red chilli powder and saute it..
- Cook it for 3 minutes & add mayonnaise..
- After that add fried potato in it and mixed well..
- Now it's ready in 2 mint..
- Serve it and put oregano and chilli flakes on it...
