  3. Make small balls and deep fry the balls to golden brown..
  4. Now grind chopped onions, spoonful of jeera,ginger garlic paste and 2 tomatoes..

Add butter to the wok,add bay leaves, cardamom,cloves and grinded paste.Saute it till the paste leaves the wok and butter sizzles out.Add red chilli powder,salt,turmericpowder, coriander powder.After the paste is nicely fried until golden brown.Add water and the lauki juice until boil.Now add the kofta balls to the gravy until tender.Add garam masala and crushed kasoorie methi leaves.Now your malai lauki kofta is ready to be served.Enjoy it..
