  3. Add 2.5 cups water and boil it.

  6. Add salt black pepper white pepper 4 black chilli 2 brown leave 2 darr cheni and 2 black ilachi salt 2 tbsp.
  7. Mix well add tomatoes puri mix with yogurt granded in it add chopped potatoes in it.
  8. Fry till potatoes tender and oil left.
  9. Mix well add yakhni water with meat in it in it mix well.
  10. Now add washed and wet rice in it.
  11. Add water as required add green chilli in it.
  12. Now cook on high flame add green chilli in it.
  13. Cook till water dry cook in a very low flame till rice tender.
  14. Serve with salid.
