The ingredients needed to cook Palua:

  1. Take 2 Teaspoon of Palua (Arrowroot).
  2. Take to taste of Sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  4. Get 1 glass of Milk.
  5. Provide 1 of Banana slices.
  6. Provide handful of Pomogranate seeds.
  7. You need 2 of For flavour Cardamom.
  8. Provide 1/2 Cup of water.

Steps to make Palua:

  1. 1st take Palua in a bowl and soak it with water for 10 mins. After 10 mins rinse all water and add fresh water to it. Again soak it for 20 mins..
  2. Then boil Milk. Add there sugar, crushed Cardamom, salt and stir it well. Now take a Cup and add there Arrowroot and water and prepare a mix. Now add that mix to the boiling Milk and stir it for 2 mins..
  3. Note: See that no lumps will form..
  4. The consistency should be like when we prepare Custard..
  5. Now switch up the flame and allow it cool to room temperature. Now take a Mould and apply some ghee to it and add that mix to the mold and refrigerate it for 4hr's.
  6. After 4 hr's demold it and Garnish it with Bana slices and Pomogranate seeds..
  7. For Garnishing :.
  8. Face I have used Palua (Arrowroot) Cake, Hair: Banana slices, Mouth: Pomogranate seeds, Eyes: Banana slices, 2 laung and at last sugar syrup..
  9. Now enjoy it's ready..
