The ingredients needed to make Doodh pak:

  1. Get 2 tbsp of basmati rice.
  2. Get 1 liter of amul milk or full cream milk.
  3. You need To taste of Sugar.
  4. You need 1/8 tbsp of cardamom powder.
  5. Get Pinch of saffron.
  6. Get Handful of Dry fruits (almond and pistachios).

Instructions to make Doodh pak:

  1. Wash rice and take thick pan and add rice and pour milk. Let it come to a slow boil..
  2. Stir continuously to make sure the rice doesn't stick to the bottom. Now add saffron stands cook for 20 min on low flame. After that we can see rice are cooked..
  3. At this stage add sugar.mix well and cook it on low flame until the sugar is melted. Then add cardamom powder. When it looks thick enough add almond and pistachios and remove from heat..
  4. Then pour into one bowl and cool it and rest for 3 hour in fridge..
  5. Doodh Pak is ready to serve..
