- You need of and a 1/2 medium sized pears.
- Use of Shortcrust Pastry.
- Get of Ground Cinnamon.
- Get of Raw Sugar reserve 1 tsp.
- Get of Nutmeg.
- Provide of Arrowroot Biscuits crushed.
- Get of Equipment.
- Take of pie tin.
- Provide of Mandolin or sharp knife.

- Place pastry sheet into greased 20 cm pie tin.
- Trim the edges.
