- After flour is ready,take 2 cups water in a deep bottom vessel,add ajwain seeds,white sesame seeds,asfoetida,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,oil and salt.Mix everything together and bring it to a boil,add chakli flour and mix well until thick dough is formed.Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes.After resting,knead the dough into smooth dough for chakli.Cover it with damp cloth and start making chaklis..
- For frying chaklis,take oil in a Kadai,keep it on medium flame,immerse the chaklis one by one and fry till fully cooked and crispy.Chakli is ready..
