  2. Put hing mustard seeds,chopped green chilli and sauté it for a minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and all the spices and mix well.
  4. Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on low medium flame..
  5. Then add jaggery powder and tamarind pulp and mix well..
  6. Let it cook for 2-3mins and chutney is ready..
  7. Tamarind pulp-soak tamarind in hot water and squeeze*.
