  3. Heat oil in a pan,add heing, cumin seed and onion paste,fry it until oil separated.Then add tomato puree with salt and all spices.Cook it for 5-10min at low flame.Now add some water accordingly and boil for 2-3 min.It's time to add koftas and chopped coriander..
