  1. Take a bowl add rice flour, refined flour (maida), gram flour in it.
  2. Now take grinder add cumin seeds,carom seeds,green chilli and garlic grind into a paste..
  3. Now take all flours and add grind masala,Hing,turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,ghee,till and fresh cream make dough of it and 5-6 spoon of oil and make dough with hot water..
  4. Now keep aside for 15-20 mins..
  5. After 15-20 min take dough put it into chakli maker and give a shape of chakli.
  6. Now take one pan add oil for deep fry let oil get hot then put chakli and fry it..
  7. Chakli is ready to serve..
