- Get 500 gms of Chicken boneless cubes.
- Get 1/2 kg of yoghurt.
- You need 3 tbsp of tandoori masala.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

- Use of Coal for smoke.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum.
- Provide 1 of carrot.
- Get 1/2 of cabbage.

- Marinate half kg chicken with half kg yoghurt 3 tablespoons tandoori masala 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste Cook it in 4 tablespoon oil and give coal smoke.
- Cut the vegetables in small cubes Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan fry 1 teaspoon garlic paste and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes. Then add all the vegetables and stir fry them on high flame add 1 tablespoon chilli sauce/hot sauce and 2 tablespoon soya sauce..
- Give coal smoke and keep aside.
- Boil rice, fry 1 teaspoon garlic chopped and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes for a minute in a pan, add salt and 2 tablespoons soya sauce and put this mixture in boiled rice and Mix well..
- Assembling:- Grease an oven proof dish with little oil, add rice in the bottom layer, then vegetables and then add chicken at the top layer..
- Take mayonese,add ketchup and make a sauce. Pour this sauce over chicken and bake it in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes and serve hot..
