  1. Use 2 of Tomatoes.
  2. Use 2 of Onions.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of curry leaves.
  4. You need 1 tablespoon of Chana dal(Wash).
  5. Take To taste of Salt.
  6. You need as needed of Oil or ghee.
  7. Provide 2 of dry red chillies.
  8. Get 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  9. Get 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste.

  1. Take a pan,put on gas,heat the pan and then add oil. After oil is jot, add dry red chillies and onion and give it a stir of 2 minutes..
  2. Then,add tomatoes, chana dal, salt as per taste and cook for about 5-7 minutes..
  3. Keep mixture aside,till cool downs.After the mixture is cool, add tamarind paste and make a paste in grinder..
  4. Paste should be fine enough. Take out paste in a bowl..
  5. Now,will make chutney tadka.Take a tadka pan, add little oil to it..
  6. After the oils heat up, add mustard seeds and few Curry leaves.Cook until mustard seeds splatter(It will take 10-15 seconds)..
  7. Then,switch off the flame and add this tadka to chutney and give it a good mix..
  8. Your chutney is ready to serve..
