  10. Crack the egg into a cup and beat with a fork. Use this to egg wash each bagel..
  11. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over each bagel..
  12. Place into the oven for 20-25mins or until golden brown..
  13. Remove from the oven and allow to cool..
