- Provide 4 cups of Fenugreek leaves (cleaned and chopped).

- Take a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic and asafoetida. Add Fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5 minutes..
- After 5 minutes, open the pan and add besan. Do not mix it now. Cover it and let it cook for another 5 minutes..
- Open and mix it well..
- Ready to serve. Serve hot with Roti or Paratha..
