  4. In another big pot add oil fry onion add ginger garlic paste & fry chicken add red chilli power & turmeric powder,yogurt saute it for 2 min..
  5. Add chicken stock in it when it comes to boil add soaked rice in it...
  6. Check water quantity it should be 1 inch above rice chicken..when water bubbles comes add pinch of food colour then slow the flame & put it on dum...
  7. Serve hot enjoy with raita.
