- You need 10 of small ripe bananas(can take any banana).
- Use 1 cup of sugar.
- Get 6 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare as needed of dry fruit (chopped cashew and almonds).
Instructions to make Banana halwa:
- Chop bananas and make paste of it in mixer grinder.
- Take a sauce pan add 3tbsp ghee add chopped cashew and almonds fry for two minutes take out, grease a plate and keep ready, now add banana paste to same sauce pan,cook this on a low flame, keep stirring continuously.
- Cook this till 15 minutes on a low flame, keep stirring add sugar to it and remaining ghee, keep stirring and cook untill it changes it's colour,add fried nuts and cardamom powder to it, keep stirring.
- When oil starts to ooze out in the edges, remove it from the flame pour the mixture in to greased plate, cool it completely and cut in to square pieces, your chewy yummy halwa is ready!.
