The ingredients needed to make Orangekheer:

  1. Use 1-2 of Orange.
  2. Prepare 2 cup of Milk.
  3. Get 7-8 strand of Keshar.
  4. Provide 1 tbsp of Arrowroot powder.
  5. Get 2 of Cardamom.
  6. Use 1/8 tsp of Orangezest.
  7. You need to taste of Sugar.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of Dryfruits(crushed)as per choice.

Instructions to make Orangekheer:

  1. Pour 2 cup of milk in a nonstick pan..
  2. Take 3-4tbsp of milk out of 2 cup of milk in a bowl &add arrowroot flour in it & mix well.keep aside..
  3. Heat the milk in the pan &When the milk begins to boil,add arrowroot flour paste it,it mix well..
  4. Allow the milk to simmer at low flem..
  5. Add sugar,orange zest same of the crushed dry fruits&cadamom mix well..
  6. Switch of the gas when the milk reduced to half&let the milk cool,down completely..
  7. In the mean time peel,deseeds &chop the oranges finely keep it aside..
  8. Once the milk has cooled down,add the chopped oranges in the milk&mix well..
  9. Place the orange there in the refrigerator.Garnish with rest of the crushed dry fruits&serve chilled..
