  4. Provide 5 of garlic pods.

  7. Take 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.

  12. You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  14. Take 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.

Instructions to make Kidney beans:

  1. Wash and Soak kidney beans overnight.
  2. Pressure cook kidney beans for 5 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically..
  3. In the meanwhile, grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a grinder to a smooth paste..
  4. Heat cooking oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grinded paste and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and rajma masala and mix well and cook for 2 minutes..
  5. Now add the mixture in kidney beans cooker and cook for 5 minutes againvl after first whistle. Let pressure releases automatically..
  6. Serve hot with chapatti or rice..
