  3. Add Oil and Pan fried the eggs (put it a side), put in the chopped garlic and carrots stir it nicely (2min) add in the marinated pork in to the fried pan and stir is together with the garlic and carrots (cook for 8min).
  4. Add half tablespoon of dark sauces and stir it evenly together (cook for 8min), take it out and put a side.
  5. Make warm the wraps without oil, put the wraps on the pan, turn evenly each side until it is light brown (2min each side), take it out and put a side.
  6. Ready to Wrapps: lay the wraps on the plate, put the fried egg and stir fried marinated pork on the wraps, put coriander leaf in the wraps, fold the wrap into half and ready to serve..
