  1. First of all boil potato in cooker. Let them cool completely now peel off potato and smash it in 1 bowl.add arrowroot and prepare dough of it..
  2. Grind peanuts and add it in bowl.now add chilli powder, sugar,salt, Garam masala, coconut powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves in it.now make small balls from it..
  3. First, make tikki of potatoes dough and put masala balls in it. Cover it properly..
  4. Take a plate add arrowroot in it. Now roll the pattice in arrowroot flour till is evenly coated from all sides..
  5. Now heat the oil in a pan. Add one by one pattice in it. Deep fry them on medium flame till they turn a golden brown colour..
  6. Yummy and delicious pattice is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce..
