The ingredients needed to cook Crepes:

  1. Prepare 2 cups of flour.
  2. Take 3 of eggs.
  3. Get 3 tbsp of melted butter.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of sugar.
  5. Prepare 2 cups of milk.
  6. Get 2 tbsp of banana 🍌 essence.
  7. Use Pinch of salt.
  8. You need of Chocolate : add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder if you prefer chocolate.

Steps to make Crepes:

  1. Take a large bowl and combine all dry ingredients..
  2. Add 1/2 a cup of the milk and butter then mix..
  3. Keep adding milk 1/2 a cup at a time to avoid lumps & mix vigorously making sure everything is combined before another addition..
  4. Repeat with the rest of the milk till there are no more lumps & mixture is runny..
  5. In a pan over medium heat pour 1/3 cup of the batter in the middle & tilt your pan making sure the bottom of pan is thinly covered..
  6. Cook till edges of crepe start to crisp. Remove gently & put in a plate then cover to keep crepes moist..
  7. Serve with sliced bananas and honey or any fruit of your choice..
