The ingredients needed to make Matar paratha:

  1. Prepare 2 cups of wheat flour.
  2. Get 1/4 tsp of ajwain/ carom seeds.
  3. Provide as per taste of Salt.
  4. Take 2 tbsp of oil.

  3. Keep it aside the peas filling. Now take a dough and fill the peas filling in to it and roll into a paratha..
  4. Heat tawa and put the paratha on it. Cook from one side. Flip to a other side. Apply ghee both the side and cook..
