  1. Boil the 1500 ml cow milk, rest it for 5 min, take a bowl add 2 tbsp vinegar and 3 tbsp water mix it, then add one by one spoon vinegar mixture in milk, gently stir the pan, to get chhena..
  2. And add the same in the muslin cloth and wash it with water, then remove the water by pressing it hard then knead it from your palm for 5 to 6 minute until a soft dough is formed then add arrowroot powder and food color and mix it properly..
  3. Divide it in 7 portion, take a one ball mix dry friuts and saffron thread..
  4. Now take dough place the nut ball in dough make a smooth ball without any cracks And keep aside..
  5. For chasni Put sugar and water in pressure cooker, add edible food color, saffron thread and green cardomom pod and let it boil on high flame.
  6. Now the drop ball in syrup, pressure cook for 1 vissel on high flame and after vissel slow the flame for 8 minutes. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  7. Rajbhog will double in size,keep aside till it cools completely then refrigerate it, finally serve Rajbhog..
