Now heat 2 tsp ghee in the same pan add chana dal and groundnut in it when it starts cracking add mustard seed cumin seed onion roast it now add all the vegetable cashews in it roast for a while now add salt and black pepper green chillies and raisins in it now add roasted oats and mix all well and add 1 cup water low the flame cover them up for 10 minutes..
  2. After 10 minutes off the flame.garnish it with coriander leaves..
