  3. Use 250 gms of Roasted Gram.

  7. Get 25 gms of Ghee/Butter.

  1. Heat a pan and fry Udad daal until it turns red. Set aside till it cools. Grind the roasted daal..
  2. In a small pan, roast sesame seeds for a minute..
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add rice flour, grounded urad daal, grounded roasted gram, jeera, sesame seeds, hing and salt, and red chili powder..
  4. Add melted ghee/butter to the above mixture. Mix well..

  7. Fry the dough till it turns golden brown. Take out and serve..
