  2. You need 1 of big onion.
  3. Prepare 3-4 of garlic cloves.
  4. Get 2 of tomatoes.

  6. Use 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Use to taste of Salt.

  1. Take eggplant, 2 tomatoes, garlic cloves, 2 onion now make cuts in eggplant with knife and grease mustard oil on eggplant and tomatoes.

  3. Then peel it and chop it Or smash it, then take a pan and add 2 tbsp mustard oil for good taste (use mustard oil to cook to make it tasty).

  5. Then add salt to split the water and cook it well then add 2 tbsp garam masala and 1/2tbsp haldi.
  6. Now add red chilli powder 1tbsp nonspicy and 1 tbsp spicy chilli powder Or you can and 1/4th tbsp hingand mix it well and saute nicely.
  7. Then add smashed eggplant and it well and add 1 tbsp jaggery and cook for more 2 mins and at last add coriander.
  8. And mix it well and ready to serve.
