  1. Get 6 piece of chicken pack.
  2. You need 250 g of packet of bacon.
  3. Provide 250 g of mushrooms - chopped.
  4. You need 50 ml of fresh cream.
  5. Take 50 ml of Olive oil.
  6. Provide of Fresh parsley (to taste).
  7. Take of Fresh chives (to taste).
  8. Provide 1 of glove of garlic - chopped.
  9. Get 250 ml of chicken stock.

Instructions to make Creamy Chicken:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the onion, garlic and parsley.
  2. In a bowl pour over enough olive oil to coat the chicken properly. Add garlic and parsley and mix together. Transfer to a hot pan and brown the chicken (skin side first).
  3. After browning both sides, add some of the onions to the oven proof casserole and transfer the meat and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Roughly 25 - 30min (depending on the size).
